Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all recurring purchase subscriptions made through the Lumière website. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
What You Are Agreeing To
When you select the Subscribe and Save option at checkout, you are authorizing Lumière to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your first charge occurs at the time of purchase. Subsequent charges occur approximately every 30 days from your initial order date.
Pricing
Subscription orders receive a discount off the standard retail price as shown at checkout. The exact discount percentage is displayed on the product page. Lumière reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days notice sent to your account email before any price change takes effect.
Shipping
All subscription orders ship free. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of each billing date.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at https://account.lumieresupplements.com and navigate to Manage Subscriptions, or
- Email us at support@lumiereskincare.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" at least 48 hours before your next billing date
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before your next billing date may not take effect until the following cycle.
How to Skip or Pause
You may skip or pause a delivery by logging in to your account portal and managing your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your order contact us at support@lumiereskincare.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for orders already processed and shipped.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails we will attempt to retry your payment method. If payment cannot be collected your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.
