We want you to love your Lumière balm. This page explains how shipping works and how to return your order if you are not satisfied.
Shipping
Free shipping on all orders. Every order ships free, with no minimum.
Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
Lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at support@lumiereskincare.com and we will make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to start a return. If you are not satisfied, email us at support@lumiereskincare.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions.
Condition. Because this is a skincare product, we accept returns of opened or used jars under our satisfaction guarantee. Please return any remaining product and packaging where possible.
Refunds. Once your return is received or approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Subscribe and Save, you can cancel or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges but does not refund charges already processed.
